Our product and service warranties are pretty simple. They match the name of the companyLifetime.

If you have us service your unit and replace a part, that part is warranted a LIFETIME as long as we service your system one a year to ensure proper operation and cleanings of the system.

Servicing also helps save energy costs and the service cleaning pays for itself in saved power consumption. I know what you are probably thinking right now.you have to get gouged every year to keep the warranty. Well, we dont operate that way. We offer a comprehensive CLEAN and CHECK program yearly for as little as 40 cents and day. Thats a deep cleaning of the out door coil, cabinet, indoor coil, condensate and blower how can we make sure your system needs any parts unless we first clean it. Its like going to the dentist, your cleaned first, checked second.

Our system warranties are very similar. We purchase a 3rd party manufacture warranty for you to cover the first 10 years. During that time we will clean and check your unit every year with one of our service programs. On years 7, 8, 9, 10 we are working to replace components and restore factory fresh conditions to give you uninterrupted service.
